Ca Na Barbara

Ca Na Barbara is a detached, renovated single-storey villa tucked away in a quiet side street just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Santanyí. Lovingly and tastefully furnished, it comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.

On the ground floor, a large open-plan living and dining room with kitchen features a dining table and a cosy sofa area. A charming bunk in an open gallery is perfect for a quiet siesta. Large patio doors flood the living area with natural light. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms: one with a double bed (150×200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub (basin and WC separate but also en suite); the other with two single beds (90×190 cm) and a shower bathroom. There is also a guest WC.

The outdoor area features a covered terrace with lounge furniture, a seating area and a barbecue, overlooking a beautiful garden with lawn and mature trees. The highlight is the solar-heated saltwater pool (8×4 m, depth 110–170 cm, stair access) — even in the spring and autumn shoulder months, solar heating can raise the water temperature 5–8 °C above the outside air. An outdoor shower is located beside the pool. The nearest sandy beach is just a 10-minute drive away.
